Mike French, Founder, Space Policy Group
A space policy veteran with experience as NASA’s Chief of Staff, at the White House, and in industry, Mike brings deep relationships across space agencies, regulators, Congress, and the global space community. Mike has advised senior government leaders on space policy, developed market forecasts and growth strategies for industry executives, and analyzed major space investments for companies and funds. He is a recognized expert on space policy and space market developments, serving as a regular media contributor, Congressional witness, and frequent public speaker on space topics. In addition to leading the Space Policy Group, Mike also serves as a senior advisor on space issues to global consulting firm BCG.

Isaiah Wonnenberg, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs Commercial Space Federation
Isaiah Wonnenberg is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Commercial Space Federation (CSF). He supports CSF members in their shared mission of promoting the development of commercial human spaceflight and the commercial space industry, pursuing ever-greater levels of safety, and sharing best practices and expertise among the industry and policymakers.
Prior to CSF, Isaiah served as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, where he was responsible for developing and managing legislation relating to aviation and space policy, holding congressional hearings on issues of concern to the aviation and space sectors, and performing oversight of relevant U.S. federal agencies. Isaiah contributed to the Senate passage of numerous bills enacted into law, including the Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization Act of 2018, the Transportation Security Administration Modernization Act, the National Transportation Safety Board Reauthorization Act, and the National Quantum Initiative Act.
Isaiah received a Master in Public Affairs from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Dakota. He was recognized as a member of USD’s “30 Under 30” class for 2023.
